WHAT ARE YOUR SIZES?

  • Kimono Jackets & Kimono Dusters are sized: S/M or L/XL

  • T-Shirts are standard S, M, L, XL, XXL & XXXL.  The fit on these garments is loose, flowing and comfortable.

To check your size measure the distance between shoulder seams on a t-shirt that fits to pick your size with the

following chart: S=15", M=16", L=17", XL=18".

Note: garments have give for a flattering fit. These dimensions are the target sizes I use for “off the rack” items.

Garments can be additionally felted to suit your body shape OR be CUSTOMIZED JUST FOR YOU.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

YES!  We want you to have garments that fit your unique, perfect body.  I have custom-made garments for many happy customers and enjoy the process of working closely with you.  Just send me an email and we'll get started!

IF ALL ITEMS ARE UNIQUE, HOW DO I ORDER ON LINE & HOW LONG UNTIL I GET IT?

Yes, every item is handmade and unique.  I cannot keep photos of each and every item on the web site, so pick the item you like and send me an email, telling me what item you want & what specifically you like about it.  I will reply with a photo of several options of what I have in stock and you pick the one you like best.  I'll send you an invoice for that specific one & ship it out to you when I receive payment (check or cc through Square)

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All internet orders placed before 5pm (EST) week-days, will ship within 3-5 business days, unless it is a custom order (which will be more like 1-2 weeks). If you have a deadline that you need the merchandise by, let me know (!) and we will do all we can to accommodate you. 
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, flat rate by the box size.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept exchanges or returns for merchandise that meet the following conditions: Only items purchased
at www.sarahtremainedesign.com or in the Sunset Farm Studio are eligible for a return or an exchange. Merchandise
must be exchanged/ returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 21 Days of purchase. Orders exchanged
/returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. SarahTremaineDesign reserves the right to refuse worn or
damaged merchandise.  ALL SALE merchandise can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.  Custom orders
have separate policies.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can shop through the website, which links with Square or send me a check.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

You can buy gift cards - just send me a message and I can send you an invoice through Square.
